Under Sections 720.303(2)(c) & 718.112(2)(d) of the Florida Statutes, for an Association to send notices to its Members electronically, the Member must consent in writing to receiving notices from the Association via electronic transmission and must designate an address for that purpose. Allowing the Assocation to send you notices electronically will help the Association save money by reducing costs associated with mailing physical copies of notices. Accordingly, we ask that you complete and return this form to the above address or community association manager at a meeting. This can be scanned and sent to us via email at contact@prioritymngmt.com.
